My Father's Place Guest House

Marigot, Dominica

About us

Lounge at the main house

My Father’s Place is the residence of the Sylvester's Family in Marigot, Dominica, West Indies. After the death of the father, the late Mr. Edney Sylvester, the family members decided to turn the house into a guesthouse. They added several chalets / apartments on the premises.

Main house

The family house is about seventy years old, and was built by Mr. Edney Sylvester himself, with strong wood from the forest. The house has the ambience of an old-fashioned wooden house with a lounge, wireless Internet access, and several bed-rooms. A new part is adjoined, with a spacious open living-room, which makes the main house very attractive.
