Booking and Rental Conditions
Our apartment houses are air-conditioned and completely furnished
with kitchen, shower and sleeping facilities for two people at the
price of US $100.00 Dollars a day.

There are also two double and two single rooms with a fan in the main house
available for US $35.00 Dollars/day (single) and US $ 45.00 Dollars (double).
No meals included, but available on request. 

A down payment of $ 300.00 US Dollars must be made in advance
to have the apartments booked. On departure, and everything is all
right in the apartment, the down payment will be refunded.
The down payment can also be used as part of the payment.
Down Payment:

The full length of stay for the apartment can also be booked
by credit card, and the down payment will be refunded
on departure, when everything is okay in the apartment.

Important
Tenants are requested to have an own personal insurance
in case of damages to the property, their health, and otherwise.
